The Copper Trade Is Moving to America.
By the time everyone agrees, the easy money is gone. A historic silver district is being reimagined as copper country, and major miners are already moving. Zeus is there before the first drill hole. Speculative? Yes. That's the opportunity—and the risk.

Small-Cap Stock Profile: Serve Robotics (SERV)
A quick one for you today.
You've probably seen one of these without knowing the ticker. Serve makes the boxy little autonomous robots that trundle takeout down city sidewalks, a business it spun out of Uber back in 2021. It now runs the largest sidewalk-delivery fleet in the US: more than 2,000 robots across 44 cities in 14 states, from Los Angeles and Dallas to Miami and Chicago, handling orders for platforms like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Nvidia is both an investor and the brains behind its newest robots, which run on Nvidia's chips to navigate.

What’s interesting about Serve?
The story is a pure-play bet on last-mile automation, and the numbers cut both ways. Revenue is exploding off a tiny base, up roughly 580% year over year last quarter to about $3 million, and management is guiding to around $26 million for 2026. But the company is deeply unprofitable (a quarterly net loss near $49 million), and only about 812 of those 2,000 robots were active on an average day. The stock tells the same whiplash story: near $6 now, down from a 52-week high above $18. It carries a high AltIndex score (78 of 100), one of several momentum signals, but this is a classic pre-profit robotics bet: big vision, big cash burn, and a long road to real scale. Worth watching, not betting the farm on.
The Biggest Mining Stories Start Like This.
Wall Street usually shows up late. The majors have already staked their claims in this emerging copper district. Zeus holds nearby ground before drilling begins. It's early, speculative, and unproven—but that's exactly when the biggest stories often start.
The Bottom Line
Serve is the kind of name that's easy to root for and hard to value: a real robotics business with an exploding top line, sitting on real losses and a long climb to profitability. That's the trade with most early automation stories, huge optionality, no margin for error. If it lands on your radar, treat it like the speculative bet it is: small position, eyes open, and do your own digging before the robots win you over.
